Event Data
The event handler receives an argument of type ManipulationStartedRoutedEventArgs containing data related to this event. The following ManipulationStartedRoutedEventArgs properties provide information specific to this event.

Remarks
This event overrides Windows.UI.Xaml.UIElement's ManipulationStarted in order to allow handlers to prevent the default behavior of a mnipulation started action.
