    Changing the Rating Orientation and Direction

    You can customize the orientation of the rating widget to determine if it appears horizontally or vertically. You can also customize the directionality of the rating widget to determine if it reads from right to left or from left to right.

    In Design View

    Complete the following steps:

    1. In the C1Rating Properties window,  set the Orientation property to Vertical.
    2. Set the Direction property to Reverse.
    3. Press F5 to run the program. Note that the rating control now displays ratings from the bottom up as opposed to the top down. The control should also run vertically as opposed to horizontally:

    In Source View

    Complete the following steps:

    1. In the <cc1:C1Rating> tags, set the Direction property to "Reversed", and the Orientation property to "Vertical" as in the markup below:

    2. Press F5 or start debugging to run the program.
