You can access split-specific properties through the Properties window. When in the C1List or C1Combo Properties window, navigate to the Splits property located in the Design node to access split properties.

You can access the Split Collection Editor by clicking the ellipsis button (...) next to the Splits property. This editor can be used to access all of the split-specific properties, as well as the C1DisplayColumnCollection properties for the current split.
