This command is executed by the C1Scheduler and is implemented by the EditRecurrenceDialog method.

Command parameter might be one of the next values:

• the C1.C1Schedule.Appointment whose C1.C1Schedule.RecurrencePattern will be edited.
• the dialog window which has an C1.C1Schedule.Appointment object whose C1.C1Schedule.RecurrencePattern will be edited as content.

If parameter value is not specified, control will try to get an appointment from the sender’s DataContext. If parameter value is dialog window which has an Occurrence or Exception of RecurrencePattern as content, then content of this window will be changed to the Master appointment of this RecurrencePattern.
