SpreadJS offers many methods through the sheet to work with the cell's data.
You can get or set a value for a specified cell.
To get a series of values or set values to a range of cells, you can use code similar to the following:
sheet.setArray(7, 7, [['value1','value2','value3','value4'], ['value5','value6','value7','value8']]);
sheet.getArray(7, 7, 2, 4);
You can also get or set text to a specified cell. This is similar to getting or setting a value to a cell.
sheet.setText(7, 7, '01/01/2014');
If you want to delete data, you can use the following method to clear the data from the specified range.
sheet.clear(0, 0, 10, 10, GC.Spread.Sheets.SheetArea.viewport, GC.Spread.Sheets.StorageType.data);
SpreadJS also supports copying or moving a series of data from one range to another range.
sheet.copyTo(0, 0, 14, 14, 7, 7, GC.Spread.Sheets.CopyToOptions.all);
sheet.moveTo(0, 0, 14, 14, 7, 7, GC.Spread.Sheets.CopyToOptions.all);
