    GcExcel provides API to add barcodes in worksheets. These are very helpful in scanning information easily and quickly with utmost precision. They also faciliate users to take informed business decisions and improve data analysis.

    The following types of barcodes are supported in GcExcel Java:

    You can also perform SpreadJS JSON I/O of barcodes. For more information, refer to Import and Export SpreadJS Files. Similarly, Barcodes can be exported to PDF documents. For more information about PDF exporting, refer to Export Barcodes

    Barcodes can be exported to image and html formats as well using JDK7 and higher versions with the following additions. Note that these are not supported in JDK6.

    Use BarcodeGenerator.zip in your project. Raise a

    customer support query to get the zipped folder.  

    Add gcexcel.extension.jar dependency in your project.
    Note: When saved to xlsx file, the barcode is displayed as error "#NAME", as it is not supported in Excel.
