GcPdfViewer annotation editor with reply tool panel

This sample demonstrates using the GcPdfViewer's text annotation reply tool. The reply tool shows in a panel on the right side of the viewer. Once a text annotation is added to a PDF, it shows in the reply tool panel where you can view, edit or reply to it.
