The ComponentOne Studio FlexChart's addition of Funnel chart—an excellent tool for summarizing data—enables your users to quickly visualize stages in a linear process. Most often it's used to show sales processes to pinpoint potential problem areas, but we'll see in this blog that the uses can be extended far beyond sales. Any funnel consists of the higher part called head (or base), and the lower part is referred to as the neck. The values displayed are in progressively decreasing proportion and amount to 100% in total.

Windows 10 closed out its one-year free adoption offer, and UWP continues to grow its market. We’re saying goodbye to LightSwitch, and hello to PowerApps. They introduced the HoloLens.
One of the powerful ways of drawing your user’s attention to chart data is through annotations. As the name suggests, annotations let you add textual notes, shapes and images to highlight important data points of the plotted data. When we visualize data in charts, it is not just about depicting the data; it's about making it meaningful. Annotation provide additional information that may not be represented by basic X and Y values.
