Let's Eat! .NET Gurus Can Cook! about to be released.

The obvious question here is, “What does a cookbook have to do with .NET development?”

To me, the answer was simple. When enjoying food and drinks, everyone seems to become a bit closer together. Food instigates conversation and initiates profound expression – Food is the ultimate aphrodisiac to arouse the ingenious mind.

Let’s face it, everyone loves fine food and most of us think once we’ve mastered a dish or two, even if it’s something as simple as boiling water for the perfect hard-boiled egg or pouring the ultimate martini, we are culinary experts. Well, when looking back at our initial thought for this crazy endeavor, our original idea was that this could be a good way for everyone to get a kick out of what some of the most famous personalities in the dev world devour behind closed doors. Perhaps they might just let us into their secret lives. Not that we were looking to catch them at their most clandestine indulgences but rather to find out a little more possibly as to what fuels their cerebral forces and that their unique delicacies could inspire us to create some of that greatness ourselves, if we simply change our diets.

Now, let’s bring on the food! Once you thumb through the pages of this book you’ll realize there are some really eccentric concoctions here. I was surprised that we would get such an enthusiastic reception to our idea and the dev celebrities showed that they are indeed passionate about their culinary skills. The dishes that they contributed are interesting, unique and above all, exceptionally palatable!

Enough of this chit chat, let’s not wait any further amid my ramblings…Let’s Eat!
