I am very happy to announce the release of Spread Studio 8! We've added a lot of new features and made an array of enhancements. With this release Spread for ASP.NET now fully supports Chrome, and Firefox, and also it also runs on iPad. Spread for WinForms provides a Table feature which includes built-in styles and also supports structured reference. Our MultiRow for WinForms control received some nice enhancements as well. Spread XAML (WPF/Silverlight/WinRT), now offers printing (Spread WPF provides print preview), and structured references. Moreover, for all platforms the Spread controls have nice new appearances.
New in the 2014 v3 release, ComponentOne FlexGrid for WinRT XAML now supports incremental template updating. With this improvement the C1FlexGrid control has a new CellContentChanging event, in which the developer is able to update the cell template in phases. It improves load time and scrolling performance because cells can be rendered in parts or phases rather than all at once.

The C1TabControl allows you to display multiple pages of content while saving screen real estate. Using the C1TabControl we can replicate the UI of the new Xbox Music Windows 8.1 app. We will use the control to display tabs along the left edge, as well as some nested tabs for each page. When the user selects any tab the content will animate smoothly onto the screen.
