Organize and navigate Web content
Easily organize and navigate Web content with ComponentOne TabControl™ for WPF. Host full pages of content on each tab.
You can modify the shape of the tab headers to Rounded, Rectangle, or Sloped using the HeaderShape property in the TabControl. This is ideal for non-designer users: you don't need to change the control's template to change the shape of the tab headers.
Overlap tab items just like you do in the Documents tab in Microsoft Visual Studio. You can even customize headers to show jagged tabs.
Align Header Items
Define whether tab items are overlapped with the right-most tab in the back or with the left-most tab in the back. The selected item is always on top.
You can change the background of a tab without changing the rest of a tab's appearance. While this seems like a very simple feature, ComponentOne TabControl is the only tab control in the market that allows you to change the background without having to customize the full template.
Control whether the user can close tabs and where to show the close button. Display the close button inside each tab item or in a global location outside the tab strip, the same as Visual Studio does in its Documents tab.
New Tab Page
Just like Microsoft Internet Explorer, TabControl includes built-in support for a new tab item with a uniform look and feel with the rest of the tabs.
You can show all the items in a menu, just like the Documents tab in Visual Studio. This is useful for when items don't fit in the available space because the end user can still quickly access all the elements.
If the tab items can't fit in the current available space, TabControl shows Next/Previous buttons like Microsoft Internet Explorer does.
Easily Change Colors with ClearStyle
Because TabControl for WPF supports ComponentOne ClearStyle™ technology, you can change control brushes without having to override templates. By setting a few brush properties in Visual Studio, you can style each part of the control.
