    Hi
We have a ERP web app with an analysis module, we are considering using DD Analysis.
I have a License question. What does the folllowing mean in your license.

"Licensee may not remove any proprietary notices, labels, trademarks on the software or documentation."

Does this mean if we are using DD Analysis in our ERP web app, we will have to have DD Analysis displayed on the top or somewhere in our web application?

    Regards
    Philip

    Phillip,
No, this does not mean you will need to add a ddAnalysis logo or banner on your web application.  It simply means that any proprietary notices, labels, and/or trademarks that are already present in/on the software or documentation cannot be removed.

If you have any further questions please feel free to let me know.

    Hi Nick
I am still a bit confused.
When I start the DDA Samples Gallery or the DDA Viewer, it has on the Panel border header something in text about DDA will that have to remain. Also there is a Dialog appears momentarily when the samples Gallery initiates with DDA Version 1 etc.
Will this appear when our customers open up DDA?
Really we want nothing about DDA on our web app, we want our customers to feel it is part of our Webapp. We use other third party tools such as Telerik, Infragistics and Fusion Charts. We dont have to have Telerik etc on the Panel Headers etc
    Please Clarify.

    Regards
    Philip

    Philip,

No, your users will not see that dialog; we only display that in the sample browsers while the sample loads. You can copy our sample viewer application (win or web) to a new project and modify it however you see fit to give you a jump start to your project.

Your users do not have to
have any knowledge of what components you are using in your application.
Feel free to look at the code in the Web Viewer project and see exactly
    what's going on there.

Hope this helps, and please respond with any more questions.

    Thanks,
    Luc
