ToolbarSettings.Items property is internal.

    I'm trying to get access to individual ToolbarItems in the ToolbarSettings class. Unfortunately I see that the 'Items' property is internal and not public. I'm using build 2.0.307.19.

    Here is what I would like to do:

    a.) Hide the 'Export to' button

    b.) Hide the 'Format' button

    b.) Add my own button for outside of the PivotView toolbar for the 'Export to Excel Xml' feature.

    -- as indicated in step 4 here: http://www.datadynamics.com/Help/ActiveAnalysis/CustomizeToolbar.html

    So, how can I do this using the Windows Forms API?

    Thanks in advance!

    trailHacker,

    Could you please provide me the code which you are using to handle the export functionality? I have tried using the following code to hide the export toolbar and assign the "Export To" image to the button and it works fine:

                    pivotView1.ToolbarSettings[ToolbarParts.ExportView].Visible = false;
                    button1.Image = ((ToolbarButton)(pivotView1.ToolbarSettings[ToolbarParts.ExportView].Items.ElementAt(2))).Image;

    Please note that I used the latest build 2.1.544.5 to test this issue. I would appreciate if you could provide me the code which you are using as it will help me in narrowing down the issue in a better manner.

    Regards,
    Sankalp

    This problem was fixed once I updated to the latest build (v. 2.1.544.5).

    Thanks again!
