    Hi All,

We currently use VSPrinter 7 with our VB6 App. Our application provides legal forms to the real estate industry in Australia. All forms are designed to fit on an A4 page, but for some forms we allow the agent to insert headers, footers &/or sidebars, forcing us to reduce font size of text so we can shrink the form to fit between header, footer & sidebar where applicable.

Currently VSPrinter only supports increments of .75 in font size when printing. This causes issues when shrinking a form. When a font is to be reduced by .15 of a font size to fit properly in the new space we are forced to reduce it by .75 instead which causes large gaps in text.

Does VSPrinter 8 resolve this issue?

    Thanks in advance

    Hello Alan,

VsPrinter7 is a legacy control and no longer supported. I would suggest you to upgrade to VsPrinter 8 to continue using our support. In case the issue persists with VsPrinter8 also let me know.

VsPrinter can be downloaded from the following url :
    http://prerelease.componentone.com/activex/vsview/2013-t2/vsview8_8.0.20132.170.zip

Please refer to the documentation for more details:

    Thanks,

    Hi Richa,

    Thanks for the reply.

Can you tell me if VSPrinter8 resolves this issue? I would not be prepared to purchase it unless it does.

    Regards

    Alan
