What is the maximum row allowed in a TDBgrid?

    Hi Garrick,

The grid does not have a limitation on how many rows it can display, there

is a practical working set size limit. If your database has more than

    250,000

rows and you move the thumbnail of the vertical scroll bar all the way down

the grid, it will show only the first 250,000 records. If the current reocrd

is 250,000, and you execute the MoveNext the grid will show the next

(250,001 - 500,000) rowset. No matter what the size of your database is, the

working set for all practical purposes should never be more than a couple of

    thousand records.

    Thanks

    Linda

True DBGrid does not display all records in grid. Total no of records are around 7 lacs.
