    Hello,

We recently redesigned our website and your post got lost somewhere in between causing us to miss your post(s).

Thank you for sharing the files and information related to the image format.

However, using this information too we still were not able to reproduce the issue while trying to remote access a Win2012 server machine from a Mac and the image is not GIF.

Could you share the ActiveReports11 version you are using.

    Thanks,

    Ruchir Agarwal

    Hi,

Could you please test the issue using the latest build of ActiveReports11 SP2 using the following URL: http://cdn.grapecity.com/ActiveReports/ar11/ActiveReports-v11.2.10750.0.msi

And then please follow the steps below to upgrade to the new service pack in your project:

    1. In the References folder, make sure that you are targeting v11.2.10750.0 dlls.
    2. Open the licenses.licx file in your project and replace the old version dlls with the new version dlls.
    3. Clean and rebuild the solution

Let me know if this helps or not.

    Regards,

    Ruchir Agarwal

All the version are up-to-date. I had our test guy look at what I’ve posted, and he said, this…

“The difference between what we are doing and what Active is doing is they are remoting into the desktop and printing. We are remotely publishing the application and printing from the published application.”

If you try that instead, can you replicate the problem?

Since you’ve mentioned you’re publishing the application on a Win 2012 server, I assume it’s a web application. Can you please confirm? It’ll be really helpful and time saving for you and I both, if you could send across a sample application where I can replicate the behavior, since we are unable to reproduce it with just the report files you sent earlier.

It’s a Windows exe. If that’s not sufficient info, we may need to try and make an example for you.

On a separate note, I’m not getting email alerts when response are made on the forum, even though my email is correct in my profile. (Though for some reason I can’t edit it, even though I can edit all the other fields.) Is something off?

I tried running the application exe, but still couldn’t replicate the issue. It’ll be helpful if you could send across an example. Also, please mention if you’re printing it on a printer installed on the Win2012 machine or one that is installed on the Mac machine.

    Thanks
