  Hi Team,

  We are using ‘GrapeCity.ActiveReports.v9’ for creating the PDF and printing the documents in our application.
  
  Now our application getting hang while printing the document.
  
  And in our investigation we found an unhandled exception is occurred in Pagecollection of grapecity DLL. Below is the snippet for you reference.
  
  So could you please suggest us in resolving the issue and below are the DLL configuration which we are using.
  
  DLL configuration:

  Identity : GrapeCity.ActiveReports.v9
  
  Runtime Version : v2.0.50727
  
  Version : 9.4.4600.

  Hello Ranjith,

  How many pages does your report have? Is it a large report? Also, does the error occur only when printing or on exporting to Pdf as well? If the error doesn’t occur on exporting to Pdf, can you try exporting and then printing the exported Pdf?

  Also, as you mentioned you’re using v9.4.4600, I would like to suggest you to try the last released service pack for ActiveReports 9 i.e SP5, which can be downloaded from here - http://cdn.grapecity.com/ActiveReports/ar9/ActiveReports-v9.5.6334.0.msi

  Please try this version and see if the error goes away. Since ActiveReports 9 is a legacy product now, it is not supported and there won’t be fixes or enhancements to it anymore.
