RichTextbox throws error: Item has already been added. Key in dictionary: '0'

    Hi

    We are converting our existing active reports 2.5 (VB version) to new Active Reports version 11.

    When adding rtf to one of RichTextBox it throws an error saying Item has already been added. Key in dictionary: ‘0’ Key being added: ‘0’

    The rtf text is reading from database. The same works fine in Active reports 2.5

    Hello,

    It was known issue in AR10. However, It is fixed in AR11. Could you please share the exact build version of AR11 that you are using. Also, could you please confirm that issue is also reproducible on loading the attached RTF file in RichTextBox.

    We are using Active Reports version 11.0.8705.0

    I have tested with the SameContect.rtf file and it loads fine with out any issue.

    I am attaching the sample file that produces error.

    I am able to replicate the problem at our end. I have escalated this to the development team(tracking id 195792) and will revert you back once have any information from them.

    We have found another issue when loading snippets. The error was 1 ‘is not a supported code page. Parameter name: codepage’. I am attaching two rtf files that are producing this error. Can you please tell me what is wrong in those files. These rtfs are working in Active Report version 2.5 (VB6 version).

    Hello,

    Issue is fixed in our internal build. It is has been included in AR11 SP3 which will be released around the end of April. could you please tell if you want hotfix for the same?
