We have some customers that reports that processing reports to Canon printers are very slow.
We upgraded AR from 1195 to 1279, and the customers says that the trouble came after this upgrade.

We have one customer that have tested a Canon IR 2800.  This is a large printer that can print 28 ppm with 128mb RAM.
When he print a large report (up to 200 pages), this is several minutes slower than printing to an old HP 2200 printer  (18 ppm).

It is the processing that are slow.  When the processing are done and the report is sendt to the printer, the printing are fast.

Why are the big Canon printer much slower than the simple HP printer?

We use Printer.Rendermode = 1.  Does this have any negative effect?
