    I am not sure if this issue has been fixed yet but I haven't heard in quite some time. Can anyone offer an idea when this might be fixed or addressed?

    I just spoke with you over the phone.  For other interested in this CR, we are no longer able to reproduce it.  We suspect this is due to external factors such as OS SPs or new printer drivers. 

    You can post your customer's information here (OS, OS SP, printer name, printer driver version all after updating), and I will again try to reproduce this so that we can take another look into this.
