IE Window Closed when exportiing Excel with IE

  We are using AR2.0 and IIS 5.5. When we exported a report and opened it in IE6.0/IE7.0/IE8.0, the popup window closed automatically after report loaded instead of displaying the excel file content.
  
  
  
  But after we changed IE settings again and again, the report would show in IE normally.
  
  
  
  I don’t know why, and How to avoid this.

  Thank you for your query. Could you please let us know if you are displaying the content of the report(RDF) or the exported excel file in the web viewer? Also, please let us know if the project was working properly earlier and if you have made any system changes after which this issue hads raised? Further, it would be very helpful if you can send us a small sample to replicate this issue.

  When the new version of window 10 came I wanted to upgrade it but I had a problem to upgrade it I tried to upgrade it from the help of various post but I finally got a solution from this website:https://www.acersupportnumber.com/blog/fix-windows-10-keeps-restarting-on-acer-laptop/ The instructions given in this website really helpful for me.
