PDF Export yields WinAnsiEncoding error

    Exporting a report yields the following error:

    Error 212:Couldn't export PDF using font 'Arial' because characters found
    not in the PDF character map 'WinAnsiEncoding.'
    Use:
    MyPDFExportInstance.AcrobatVersion = 2
    MyPDFExportInstance.SemiDelimitedNeverEmbedFonts = ""

    The size of the report does not seem to matter.  It happens on small simple reports and the big uglies.

    Error is isolated to one machine.  I'm assuming a dll is broken somewhere.  Any suggestions?

    Han Solo: Everything's under control. Situation: normal.
    Intercom voice: What happened?
    Han Solo: Had a slight weapons malfunction, but everything's perfectly alright now. We're fine, we're all fine, here now, thank you. How are you?
    Intercom voice: We're sending a squad up.
    Han Solo: Negative, negative, we have a reactor leak here, now. Give us a few minutes to lock it down. Large leak, very dangerous.
    Intercom voice: Who is this? What's your operating number?
    Han Solo: eh.... (BLAM!!).... Boring conversation anyway....Luke we're gonna have company!

    Machine in question had two version of the export dll (old:  v 2.3.2.1268; new: v 2.3.3.1275).  The new version was not registering properly via the install.  Manually replacing and registering pdfexpt.dll v 2.3.3.1275 corrected the issue.

    Customer is running the full version of Adobe, not just the reader if that has any influence on the issue.

    Lol.

    Thanks for the update.

    The version of the reader shouldn't have any impact on that type of error.  We do not have use any reference to Adobe products (while creating PDFs or otherwise).
