<font size="2"> Machine in question had two version of the export dll (old: v 220.127.116.118; new: v 18.104.22.1685). The new version was not registering properly via the install. Manually replacing and registering pdfexpt.dll v 22.214.171.1245 corrected the issue.</font>
<font size="1"> <font size="2"> Customer is running the full version of Adobe, not just the reader if that has any influence on the issue.</font>
