Problems with printing non-standard fonts

I've got an app that reads a rpx file during runtime... The rpx file contains the layout for a certificate.  This file can then easily replaced with another certificate layout without chaning the app's source code.

Ok, so the problem that I have is this:

On the one certificate layout, I use some fonts that are not standard installed with Windows (Arial Rounded MT Bold, Brush Script MT, Bookman Old Style).  Now if I print the certificate from my computer, it previews and prints 100%.  (I preview the certificate from the compiled application... not under VB)

But if I run the same application on another computer (also WinXP, all fonts installed), the fonts are messed up, the font-sizes are messed up... It looks like everything has been reset to Arial or something.  Even the controls that used Comic Sans font are reset back to Arial.

Another certificate layout that uses only fonts that were installed with Windows XP, works fine on any computer.

Since this is the same application running on two different machines, both with the same fonts installed, I would assume that the issue must be related to permissions involving the fonts. If the font cannot be found by the application, or the user does not have permissions for the font, then Arial will be used in its place.

The fonts are installed to the Windows\Fonts folder (same as on the development computer).

Logged in as Administrator on the computer, so access is allowed everywhere.
