Reports not showing

All of a sudden, reports stopped loading. Using IE, I can see an error when I try to set the page orientation. If I comment the line, then, the error goes to the DataPath property.

I enphasize that everyhting was working well.

I can't see any logged event concerning this problem. What can be wrong?

    The error I get is:

Object does not support this property or method 'ARViewer.Printer'

(if I comment the evil line, I start getting other errors , as I've mentioned before)

By RDF files, do you mean something like AR43A.tmp ? If this is the case, I've got plenty of them :)

I emphasize that no changes were made to the programming, nor the system (as far as i know). It simply stopped working...

Do you see any error message ? Also, does the RDF files to which the DataPath of the viewer points  still exist?

This is how I call the viewer:

    <OBJECT ID="ARViewer"

You may want to check for the following things:-

1)The file exists in the path given by codebase= in the code that you sent.

2)RDF is the report document that would be loaded into the ActiveReports viewer. You may check the codebehind where you have set the datapath for the viewer. It should point to the rdf files.

Also, you may try reinstalling the to see if the error still persists.

    1) - yeah, I knew you would ask that. My fault I didn't start by telling you that, yes, the cab file is there, in the same place as always.

The path for the data files is right. I hope that the files are not supposed to have a "rdf" extension. They never did. Anyhow, I've done a dynamic replacement of the extension during execution and the result is the same.

I've also downloaded the latest version of the cab file, to no use...
When you say "reinstalling", what exactly do you mean? Is it not enough to have the .cab in the right spot?

PS - Thanks for your help, by the way

I got a newer version of the cab file and now things are working.
