  I am trying to install Studio One for an ASP.NET project and the bootstrapper keeps failing. Progress shows all components but one are fully installed but it is not trying to download and install the last one. I rebooted and tried again (you can’t run two instances of the installer) and now a different component (but still exactly one component of the couple dozen msi and 7z files) is stuck at zero while everything else is showing 100%. last time I waited more than an hour before I gave up and rebooted. any suggestions? any other install options besides the bootstrapper?

  Hi Jared,
  
  Could you please let share the following details?
  
  1. Which installer version you are using
  
  2. Please share the log file generated during installation which is created at My Documents location.
  
  3. please name the component which is not trying to download and install?
