  I am trying to import crystal reports file (.rpt) into FlexReport Designer(ver 4.0.20193.393), and get the error “Flex Reports - Import failure. Please make sure that Crystal is installed”.
  
  I have installed Visual Studio 2019, and also latest Crystal Report components (SAP Crystal Reports and SAP Crystal Reports rintime for .NET).
  
  I found this topic https://www.grapecity.com/forums/c1-studio/flex-reports---import-fail#original-post, so I think I have the same problem with the newest version. Can you help me?

  Hi,

  The issue has been fixed in the latest version of controls i.e. 2020V2.438. You can upgrade your controls using the latest ComponentOneControlPanel utility.
