After the computer I was using with Component One Studio installed died, I began using a new computer and had the license transferred over and re-activated after talking with ComponentOne support. Since then, I have been able to successfully run my Windows Forms applications in Visual Studio, but I continue to get the popup that says “Evaluation Version. This dialog will not be shown if you rebuild your application using a licensed version of the product.”
I have used your forums and followed everything I could find (used the licxgenerator, made sure no other projects were in the solution, etc.) to prevent this popup from showing, but it still does. I was never able to get the licenses.licx file to generate if I deleted it entirely, though, which a few people had suggested, but I wouldn’t think that would matter if I used the licxgenerator.
Any suggestions?
