Old Studio Enterprise 2009 Activation/Deactivation problem

  I have Component One Studio Enterprise 2.0 from yar 2009 installed (C1Sizer shows ver. no 2.1.20091.38) on two computers with Windows 10 64bit. I wanted to deactivate licence on one of them and activate on a new one PC. I click “Deactivate” in help window, but nothing happens. C1Licbomb.exe, ver. 1.0.2420 shows “No licences found”.
  
  When I try to activate on new PC with my serial number, nothing happens after click.
  
  Could anyone help me?
