  Good afternoon.

  We are from Nexcode Systems and we have a problem. Could they help us?

  We purchased the Silverlight Edition component and we are in version 5.0.20123.283.

  When adding only 300 items in Treeview, we have a system degradation.

  Example of how we add the items in Treeview:

  C1TreeViewItem treeViewItem = new C1TreeViewItem ();
  
  C1TreeViewItem treeViewItem2 = new C1TreeViewItem ();
  
  treeViewItem.Items.Add (treeViewItem2);

  We downgraded to version 5.0.20122.260 and did not get this issue, however we got other reference issues with the C1TileListBox and C1DragHelper components that were already working in the higher version.

  How can we solve this problem?

  Hi,

  Since you are using a pretty older version, would suggest you to check the behavior with the latest build which can be downloaded from here:
  
  http://prerelease.componentone.com/silverlight5/c1silverlight/2017-t2/C1Silverlight5_5.0.20172.561.zip

  In case the problem persists, please provide a small stripped down project demonstrating the behavior. I would like to investigate this further.

  Hello Pragati.

  The problem persists in release 5.0.20172.561, but in release 5.0.20122.260 it works perfectly fine but does not recognize the control C1TileListBox.

  The problem occurs as follows:

  We work with MEF and load Silverlight projects on demand.

  We call several projects that do not have the treeview and the problem does not occur.

  When we call the specific project that owns the treeview, it loads the 300 items and on leaving this and clearing the treeview, the impression we have is that it is still rendering, maybe looping, since from this up to loading the images of others projects is compromised and very slow.

  Would a video help?

  Hi Nádia,

  Sure, please provide a video demonstrating the behavior at your end. This would also be helpful if you can share a stripped down project replicating the issue.

  Please note, the C1TileListBox control was released in 2012 v3 build 282. This is why you won’t be able to use this with a previous version.
