  we need to set the format for e.g. 1000 Cells via Code, this takes long, 50sec.

  Steps to reproduce behaviour:

  open https://www.grapecity.com/en/demos/spread/JS/InspectorSample/
  
  new sheet
  
  fill 10 columns and 100 rows with numbers
  
  select the 1000 cells

  Hit the Button Cell-Format-Increase Decimal
  
  ->Browser is blocked for 78sec

  Is there a faster way to achieve this?
