  I worked on the project from 2009 to 2014. After 2014 the project was in maintenance mode and hence no development involved.
  
  But, now when I try to build I get below error:-

  The license agreement file, ‘C:\Windows\System32\fplicense.txt’ does not exist. Please install this file to continue.
  
  Unable to find an appropriate license for this component. License has expired. The component ‘Farpoint.Web.Spreads.FpSpread’ will not be created.

  I have this fplicense.txt file the location required.
  
  Could you please help.

  Hi Hardeep,

  Please download the installer for Spread for ASP.NET v4.0 from the link below:
  
  http://download.componentone.com/pub/transfer/EN_SPREAD_ASPNET_RA_4.0.3523.3887.zip

  Please run the installer and license the product using the Product code and serial number. You can then try to compile the your project with the installed version of Spread.
