Can I use an absolute value of cell(s) in conditional formatting? Can I use it with range of cells comparing to other range of cell?

Hi,
For comparing range of cells using their absolute values and conditionally formatting them, though there is no direct way, it can still be achieved. One simple way is to manually compare the absolute values of cells(using Maths.Abs() method ) while traversing the cell ranges and apply formatting as desired.
Please refer attached sample application for implementation.
