Activation problem: limit of machine

    Hello

    I am trying to activate a new installation of the spread for windows at developer machine.

    When I inform the serial number it happens an error. The number of activated computers has exceeded the limit.

    The problem is that I don’t know where the program was installed. Is there any way to deactivate the installation or enable the instalation for the new machine?
