    On the spread control, I have these two properties (AllowGroup ,GroupBarVisible ) set to true. But every time my page loads, the user has to drag two particular columns in there to see the data grouped in a certain way. Can I programatically add it to groupBar so the user does not have to do it manually ?

    Hello Harish,

    Have a look at the code snippet below to assign the GroupDataModel to Spreadsheet through code where sorted rows are grouped on a button click,

            Dim gm As New FarPoint.Win.Spread.Model.GroupDataModel(FpSpread1.Sheets(0).Models.Data)
            Dim si() As FarPoint.Win.Spread.SortInfo = New FarPoint.Win.Spread.SortInfo() {New FarPoint.Win.Spread.SortInfo(1, True)}
            FpSpread1.Sheets(0).Models.Data = gm

    I hope it will help you.
