    I am working in VB.NET windows application  using spread 2.5.Our prevcius code was used in spread 3.0 now we are migrating this application for spread 2.5 while migrating the application we are facing some issues for .Clip() in spread 2.5

    <FONT color=#0000ff>With SprResult.ActiveSheet
    <FONT color=#0000ff>            dim sFirstRec  as string</FONT></FONT>

    <FONT color=#0000ff>
                .Col = 1
                .Col2 = .MaxCols
                .Row = 1
                .Row2 = 1
    </FONT>           <FONT color=#ff0000> sFirstRec = .Clip</FONT>

    <FONT color=#0000ff>End with</FONT>

    I know we can use .SetClip() method instead of using .Clip() but the last parameter for SetClip needs the value.In the above code I am not having the value to be passed for the parameter for SetClip() method finally I want to assign this value to a string variable "<FONT color=#ff0000>sFirstRec </FONT>".

    Please help me to get a solution for this problem.

    Thanks & regards,

    Have you tried using GetClip instead?
