can you import a .csv into the grid?

Hi, is this even possible?  The grid will have the same column structure, but the rows would need to be created depending on the data contained within the .csv.

Any help would be much appreciated!

    Hello,

You can use the following snippet to import .csv file in Spread:

    fpSpread1.ActiveSheet.LoadTextFile("C:\myFile.txt",True,FarPoint.Win.Spread.Model.IncludeHeaders.BothCustomOnly, Chr(10), ",", "")
    Thanks

    Thanks for the reply.

Is there any documentation on this, or a guide?  Just would like to learn a little more about the import/export

    Hello,

You should be able to Find more about Import/Export Feature in the Help file shipped with Spread.

You may find the Help File at the Following location :C:\Program Files\FarPoint Technologies\Spread.WinForms.4.dotNet20\Docs\FarPoint.Win.Spread.4.0.chm (you may have a different version of Spread)

    Thanks,
