Hi, Like old Spread 6, can I make check box cell types locked yet still have a colored check and box. Right now, when I lock them it is difficult to see when it is checked. Or, maybe I have to disable them a different way.

The checkbox has a Picture property of type CheckboxPicture where you can assign different images for the different states of the checkbox.

    Bob,

Are check box images loaded locally on my machine from installation?

No they are not.  They are resources in the dll.  You would need to create your own images to display for the various states of the checkbox.

    Bob,

So I assume there isn't any other way of letting a user scroll and view the spread sheet control, but disable it from changes. Is that correct? As I am sure you know, it is very difficult to see the checks when the columns are locked and there a many columns as well as rows.

You can set the OperationMode to ReadOnly and the checkboxes remain seen.
