I Am using Rows.Add to insert rows into the spreadsheet, the newly inserted rows don't have similar format to the previous row, then I am using the following

AddSelection to select the cells from the previous row.
ClipboardCopy to copy the selected cells.
SetActiveCell on the newly inserted row
ClipboardPaste to paste the copies cells,

Then I will clear the copied cells to get the same format.

is there a easier way, like copy , paste special or even to force the new inserted rows to have similar format the to rows its inserted between?

You can apply format settings to the column, and those settings will inherit to the cells in the new added rows.
You can also apply format settings to individual cells, which can override the inherited column format settings.
For more details about how this inheritance of settings operates please see the Object Parentage topic.
