You need to install assemblies to the GAC using an utility called gacutil. This comes with the .NET framework.
Registering dll is done using VS Command Prompt from the
Start Menu->All Programs->Microsoft Visual Studio 2010->Visual
Studio Tools->Visual Studio 2010 Command Prompt-> Right click and use 'Run as Administrator' option.
In this command prompt window, you can type gacutil /i xxx (where xxx is the name of the assemblies needed in the GAC).
These files can be found in the Bin folder of your Spread install directory.
