If I drag n drop a column where the cursor is over the vertical scroll bar, it will drop the column at the beginning rather than at the end.
I'm attaching a sample project with 5 columns. If you drag column 4 and drop it over the vertical scroll bar, it will end up at the first column. This is more of an issue if you have lots of columns and you're trying to move a column to the end because there is less empty space at the end of the spread to drop the column. Open the dragdrop.jpg picture inside my attached zip file to see how difficult it would be to move the 2nd to last column to the last column.
