I'm trying to add new workbooks in a spreadsheet and when adding a new workbook, the default cell that is selected doesn't let the clipboard data to be copied into it (unless user clicks the cell or press F2 button). To get rid of this, i've used EditMode property and set it to true. But somehow this is not helping either. Then i've tried setting EditModePermanent property to true. Doing so, when i click to open the 1st new workbook, the default cell lets me enter the data copied from clipboard (without need of pressing F2 or user clicking the cell first). But the problem is that when i try to enter more workbooks (2nd workbook and onwards), then the default cell remains not editable (unless F2 or cell is clicked explicitly).
So, in a nutshell EditMode property is not behaving as it should and EditModePermanent property is behaving as desired for 1st new workbook only and not for subsequent new workbooks in the speadsheet.
Can you please suggest some solution to this behaviour.
