Getting to specific cell in cell range

I've identified a cell range as a result of a drag/drop operation. I can identify the number of rows in the range, but I'm having trouble identifying specific cells in the range. Is this possible?

    Hi Sally,

The CellRange class does not have any specific members relating to cells in the range:

If you can access the Spread object, you should be able to use the Column and Row properties (the indices where the range starts) and get the cells at the specific index plus the specific number of rows/columns in the range. For example, if you had a range that had two rows and three columns, you could access the cell in the range in the second row, second column by using the following code:

    spread.ActiveSheet.Cells[range.Row + 1, range.Column + 1]

Let me know if that is what you are looking for.

Thanks Kevin. You've also clarified the range Row and Column properties for me.

I think your answer will work well for me.

    Thanks again,
