    Deepak -

The MultiColumnCombobox was not added until version 3.  There is nothing in the cell type that allows for hiding a column.

    Hello,

As Bob stated, there is nothing on the CellType object to hide particular columns. However, you can use the SubEditorOpening event to get the SubEditor, which is a FpSpread object. You can get it's SheetView and hide a column.

     <PRE class=coloredcode> <SPAN class=kwd>Private Sub</SPAN> FpSpread1_SubEditorOpening(<SPAN class=kwd>ByVal</SPAN> sender <SPAN class=kwd>As Object</SPAN>, <SPAN class=kwd>ByVal</SPAN> e <SPAN class=kwd>As</SPAN> FarPoint.Win.Spread.SubEditorOpeningEventArgs) <SPAN class=kwd>Handles</SPAN> FpSpread1.SubEditorOpening
    <SPAN class=kwd>Dim</SPAN> ss <SPAN class=kwd>As</SPAN> FarPoint.Win.Spread.FpSpread = <SPAN class=kwd>CType</SPAN>(e.SubEditor, FarPoint.Win.Spread.FpSpread)
    ss.Sheets(0).ColumnHeaderVisible = <SPAN class=kwd>False</SPAN>
    ss.Sheets(0).Columns(0).Visible = <SPAN class=kwd>False

    End Sub</SPAN></PRE>
