I have a couple of concerns
1: My licence renewal date suggests we don't have a current licence... When in fact we do, it is supposed to be valid to march 2016 (Component source order 374758). Its a bit of a worry when we pay for something and its not acknowledged...plus Im concerned that your support staff may not respond to requests for support for expired licence holders.
2: I receive no email advice when any topics I ask to be notified are addressed by support or others...can this please be fixed
