Licence Issue

    Hi Guys
    I have a couple of concerns
    1: My licence renewal date suggests we don't have a current licence... When in fact we do, it is supposed to be valid to march 2016 (Component source order 374758). Its a bit of a worry when we pay for something and its not Im concerned that your support staff may not respond to requests for support for expired licence holders.
    2: I receive no email advice when any topics I ask to be notified are addressed by support or others...can this please be fixed

    As per our knowledge base, your license was renewed on 2nd March 2015, hence the same is valid for another an year (ie. March 2016). Are you facing any issues related to license? If yes, then please let us know the exact problem faced by you and also request you to share the srceenshot of the same with us.

    Next, you mentioned that 'My licence renewal date suggests we don’t have a current licence'. Could you please let us know where exactly are you getting this message and what exactly is the issue faced by you.

    Regarding getting the notifications, you may select the Subscribe option present on each forum page of the Spread product and then you will get emilers for each post on the respective forum. Please refer to the attached screenshot.
