    I followed the other threads regarding extending the General Cell Type functionality to use the Ajax Toolkit to create a popup calendar usable for the Farpoint spread.  It works great so far.  However, my timeline is looming really fast and I need some quick hints.

    1.) I need to be able to return a blank date from the calendar.  How do I do that?

    2.) Can I change the trigger to open up the calendar to be single (mouse) click as opposed to double click?

    Hello Andrei,

    I am not sure what do you mean by returning blank date from calendar. If your cell can accept null values, you may use the SetValue method to set null (Blank date)

    The calendar pops up, when the cell enters in the edit mode. You may activate the edit mode of a cell by calling the StartEdit method at client side. To activate the cell's edit mode in one click you may use the onActiveCellChanged client side event of the spread and in this method call the StartEdit method.

    Below is the code snippet:

        <script language="javascript" type="text/javascript" id="FpSpread1_Script0">

    <span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre;"> </span>function FpSpread1_ActiveCellChanged(event){

    <span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre;"> </span>    event.spread.StartEdit();

    <span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre;"> </span>}

    <span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre;"> </span></script>
