    Hi,

    my strategy is the following:

    fpSpread.sheets(0).datasoruce = myDataView ' OK

Now I add some unbound Rows to to the view ' OK

The user now want to add some new rows to the grid.

    Therefore:

' -- Save the underlying view for later use

dim dv as dataview = ctype(fspread.sheets(0).datasource, dataview) ' OK

    fpread.sheets(0).datasource = nothing

    fpsrpead.sheets(0).rows.count =0

' -- Add some new rows

Dim dr As DataRow = dv.Table.NewRow()
    dr("Client") = arSenderName(idx)
    dr("Custid") = iCustID
    dr("Customer") = sKundenName
    dv.Table.Rows.Add(dr)

     ....and so on

' -- Now I have to add some unbound rows (as before)

     ....

Seems ok - but when I click with the mouse in a cell the above message appears. ' NO OK

    Any hint?

    Regards hpm

     P.S.: Visual Studio 2005

    Hello,

We are unable to replicate the issue with Spread's latest maintenance release version 4.0.3515.2008 as on adding unbound rows to the Spread then creating a dataview out of it, later on adding rows in dataView as mentioned by you and then setting the dataView created as DataSource works fine even on repeating the steps.

If possible please send a sample replicating the issue for us to debug at our end.

    Thanks.
