Readme.chm does not work

     I'm running Windows Vista and downloaded, extracted it and double-clicked the contained readme.chm file. The system GUI to display chm help files shows up and content, index, etc. are visible on the left side. But no matter what I do, i.e. no matter on which item on the left side I double-click, nothing except the error message "navigation to the web site was aborted" is shown on the right side. Does anyone know a solution for this? Is there perhaps the same help available somewhere online?

    I need this information, because I currently have an older version installed and need to know - among other things - how to roll-back to the old version, in case something goes wrong or is incompatible.

    Which version of the product are you downloading? Most of the zips I'm looking at on our ftp site are in a form like . I'll check the zip file and make sure it has the readme file and it is working.
