Row header width when databinding

    We noticed a change in behavior when moving to 2.5.2011 in regard to our Row header widths. When DataAutoSizeColumns is set to true the row headers are being shrunk down to a few pixels wide as in the attached screenshot. Previously this property did not affect row headers and I wasn't sure if this was an intentional change or not.

    We'll be setting the property to false on our affected sheets to get around the problem.

    Sorry, more pertinent information...

    this.fpSpread1_Sheet1.RowHeader.AutoText = FarPoint.Win.Spread.HeaderAutoText.Blank;

    This looks like a bug.  I reported this as bug 20933.  You can email us (fpsupport@fpoint.com) with this bug number to check on the status.

    The developer said this column should be resized (so this is as intended).  You can set the width of the header:

     FpSpread1.Sheets(0).RowHeader.AutoText = FarPoint.Win.Spread.HeaderAutoText.Blank
            FpSpread1.Sheets(0).DataAutoSizeColumns = True

     FpSpread1.ActiveSheet.RowHeader.Columns(0).Width = 50

    Do you know what version you were using before?

    Do you have text in the row headers?  I tried this with the Spread Win demo databinding sample for Spread Win 2.5 (added FpSpread1.Sheets(0).DataAutoSizeColumns = True and commented out the three lines of code that set the width).  That seemed to work okay in the sample.

    2.5.2004 -> 2.5.2011 was the first I noticed it.
