    Hello,

I would suggest you to please download the latest build for Spread 8 from here and run the installation as an administration on Windows 7 64 bit machine. Also register Spread 8 files using :

    %systemroot%\SysWoW64\regsvr32.exe

You may also try following steps with the current Vs2005 project:

    1.Open project properties
    2.Go to compile settings
    3.Open advanced compile options
4.Change "target CPU" from "any CPU" "x86".

    Thanks,
