Sudden errors in form designer

I have a problem with a VS2005/VB project using Spread for Windows 2.0. The prpject has been working fine but suddenly I am getting errors from the forms designer code referencing Spread. The only system change I made was to remove MS Office 2007 Beta and install the full version of Office 2007. The errors all point to designer code such as:

    <FONT color=#0000ff size=2>Me</FONT><FONT size=2>.FpSpread1_Sheet1.ColumnHeader.Get(0, 0).Text = </FONT><FONT color=#a31515 size=2>"Seq Nbr"</FONT>

    <FONT color=#a31515 size=2><FONT color=#000000 size=3>With an error msg such as:</FONT></FONT>

    <FONT color=#a31515 size=2>Error 2 'Get' is not a member of 'FarPoint.Win.Spread.ColumnHeader'.</FONT>

    <FONT color=#a31515 size=2><FONT color=#000000 size=3>Any thoughts on how to resolve this?</FONT></FONT>

    <FONT color=#a31515 size=2><FONT color=#000000 size=3>Wayne</FONT>

This was a bug in the older build of Spread for Windows Forms. The latest maintenance release should fix this issue. You will need to redesign the form or go into this generated code by hand to fix the code. In the example you show, it should read as:

    <FONT color=#0000ff size=2>Me</FONT><FONT size=2>.FpSpread1_Sheet1.ColumnHeader.Cells.Get(0, 0).Text = </FONT><FONT color=#a31515 size=2>"Seq Nbr"</FONT>

Thanks Scott. Where do I find that maintenence release for WinForms 2.0? I only see one for vers 2.5?

Also, what is the correct syntax for the following:

    <FONT size=2><FONT color=#0000ff>Me</FONT>.FpSpread1_Sheet1.ColumnHeader.Get(0,).Height = <FONT color=#a31515>40.0!</FONT></FONT>

    <FONT size=2><FONT color=#0000ff>Me</FONT>.FpSpread1_Sheet1.RowHeader.Default.Resizable = True</FONT>

    <FONT size=2><FONT color=#0000ff>Me</FONT>.FpSpread1_Sheet1.Get(0). Label = "Seq Nbr"</FONT>

The maintenance releases for all products are all in the same place on Once there click on the Updates link and you should see updates for all products.

Here is the code to fix these lines of code.

    <SPAN class=kwd>Me</SPAN>.FpSpread1_Sheet1.ColumnHeader.Rows.<SPAN class=kwd>Get</SPAN>(0).Height = 40.0!
    <SPAN class=kwd>Me</SPAN>.FpSpread1_Sheet1.RowHeader.Columns.<SPAN class=kwd>Default</SPAN>.Resizable = <SPAN class=kwd>True
    Me</SPAN>.FpSpread1_Sheet1.Columns.<SPAN class=kwd>Get</SPAN>(0). Label = <SPAN class=st>"Seq Nbr"</SPAN>
